We are part of a global volunteer organization that improves the lives of women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment.
The name Soroptimist means “best for women.” Soroptimists are women at their best helping other women to be their best.
Experts say educating girls is a major key to improving the global standard of living. We agree!
By reaching girls while they are still young, we can reduce the number of women in crisis in the future.
Education and Training Awards for Women assist women who provide the primary financial support for their families. Live Your Dream Awards give women the resources they need to improve their education, skills and employment prospects
A ‘free store’ for women and young girls transitioning to life on their own.
Using household items donated by downsizing seniors, friends of Soroptimists and other donors, our recipients are able to ‘shop for free’ for the household items they need.
We are incredibly grateful for the support of so many wonderful organizations in our community.
