You will be served delicious canapes and complimentary beverages. We encourage you to dress in the theme for the evening (roaring 20s). This is our biggest fundraiser for our club and we thank you in advance for your support Tickets go on sale mid Feb $99.00 (includes a $30.00 tax receipt).

Soroptimist International of the TriCities is solely a volunteer organization.

We are a BC Registered Society.

All fundraising proceeds, sponsorship, and generous donations go directly to running our many programs. We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming community support our club receives. If you’d like to help us make a difference in the lives of women and girls, you can donate in several ways.

Don’t Need a Tax Receipt?

All donations (large and small) help us run our programs.

For example,

  • $25 buys a starter pack for a Bea’s Kloset client.
  • $50 feeds 10 people at Warm Place for Women
  • $500 helps run the Dream it Be it  – Career Exploration program

Need a Tax Receipt?

We have partnered with the Coquitlam Foundation for those who need a tax receipt.

  1. Write your cheque to “Coquitlam Foundation” with SOROPTIMIST TRICITIES FUND somewhere on the cheque.
  2. Pop your cheque in the mail to Coquitlam Foundation, PO Box 64710 Sunwood Square, Coquitlam, BC V3B 0H1.
  3. Email donations@soroptimisttricities.org just to let us know you donated to the Foundation.
  4. You will receive a tax receipt shortly from the Foundation and a thank-you from our club.

Extra Household “Stuff”?

We accept new and gently-used household goods for our clients at Bea’s Kloset. We hold regularly scheduled donation days where you can bring these items. For more info, contact beaskloset@gmail.com.

We also accept new and gently-used clothing and accessories for clients at our Warm Place for Women monthly events. Email info@soroptimisttricities.org to make arrangements.
