A deeply heartfelt thank you to Sunrise Rotary Club, Port Coquitlam Foundation, Coquitlam Foundation, TD Bank and the Red Cross for their financial support of the work of the Soroptimists of the TriCities.
It was so incredibly generous of these organizations to sponsor and grant us funds to ensure we can continue to offer Warm Place for Women and Bea’s Kloset through these difficult times. This has been such a challenging year on so many levels, and the financial support that these grants offer is the difference between continuing to run programs to support women and their children, or, making the difficult decision to cease them.
Warm Place For Women and Bea’s Kloset are two of our signature community programs and the funds granted will ensure we can continue to work within Covid 19 protocols to keep everyone involved safe and feel supported for the remainder of the year and beyond.
Thank you so much for the generosity of spirit and for all those involved in awarding these grants. I read earlier this year that we are all in the same storm…just different boats and I really feel that this describes the generosity of Sunrise Rotary, the Port Coquitlam and Coquitlam foundations, TD Bank and the Red Cross perfectly.
