Julie Knisley

Julie moved to BC in 2011 from Ontario and New Brunswick prior to that. She quickly joined Soroptimist of the TriCities.

She is married, has an adult daughter and loves her fur babies. Her interest are being with like-minded people and getting to know others in the community. She loves to lead programs and get others involved. She organizes and creates the monthly newsletter and is hands-on involved with many of the Soroptimist programs.

Julie has held many volunteer board positions and her professional experience includes being the Regional Director, BC and Yukon for the Canadian Diabetes Association and Director of Sales Effectiveness for Purolator Courier. She has her Masters Certificate in Project Management from York University. Julie’s professional specialties include Salesforce Effectiveness and Transformation, SAP Integration (Take to Market and Take to Company), Sales Force Automation, Sales Readiness, Sales Optimization, Sales Metrics, ISO Certification, Sales Training (Value Creation Selling), Compensation Plan Design & Execution and Events Management. 

Julie is passionate about helping others, especially women and girls in the community. She has volunteered for over 30 years with a number of organizations,  such as the Lions Foundation, Girl Guides of Canada, Cambridge Self Help Food Bank, Breakfast Programs in Mississauga and now Soroptimist of the TriCities.
